This tool describes strategies that grantees may use to operationalize applicable Title X statutory and regulatory requirements; it also lays out the minimum expectations for compliance. The tool also illustrates how a grantee can implement quality family planning services in ways that ensure quality care is provided throughout the Title X project.
NOTE: On March 4, 2019, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services published a final rule in the Federal Register that revises the regulations governing the Title X family planning program. The Program Requirements document and related source materials are currently being updated to reflect the revised regulations.
