This webinar from June 2014 introduces Mandated Child Abuse Reporting Law: Developing and Implementing Policies and Training, a reference guide that was developed for Title X grantees and subrecipient agencies. Presenters explain where to find state child abuse reporting laws as well as elements to look for in those laws that will help clinic staff understand their reporting obligations. Practical suggestions on implementing these legal obligations are also included. The laws in individual states will not be covered because they vary across the country.
