Service System Strengthening Title X Program Management

During times of uncertainty and when facing complicated issues like those related to the COVID-19 public health emergency, leadership is needed at all levels. In this webinar from June 2020, Melissa Weiler-Gerber, a Title X grantee at AccessMatters, shares leadership skills and self-care strategies that have proven useful when navigating uncertainties and complex challenges in her program, followed by Q&A. Participants also had the opportunity to share skills they have used to effectively manage change, leadership skills they would like to develop to address current circumstances, as well as efforts to promote self-care. Participants learn about FPNTC leadership resources and the Title X Leadership Institute later in June 2020.
