This brief course offers key information about a full range of contraceptive methods to prepare you to help clients choose the method that is right for them. The course features two resources that explain key facts about each contraceptive method using plain language and compare methods looking at key characteristics such as effectiveness and side effects. Note: This course does not cover medical decision making about prescribing birth control methods for individual patients with medical conditions.
