Leading When Nothing is Certain and Everything is Complicated
During times of uncertainty and when facing complicated issues like those related to the COVID-19 public health emergency, leadership is needed at all levels. Melissa Weiler-Gerber, a Title X grantee at AccessMatters, will share leadership skills and self-care strategies that have proven useful when navigating uncertainties and complex challenges in her program, followed by Q&A. Participants will also have the opportunity to share skills they have used to effectively manage change, leadership skills they would like to develop to address current circumstances, as well as efforts to promote self-care. Participants will learn about FPNTC leadership resources and the upcoming Title X Leadership Institute.
