Resource Description:

This calculator will help you to calculate the NQF-endorsed contraceptive care performance measures for most and moderately effective methods and LARC methods using Family Planning Annual Report (FPAR) Table 7 data. The tool provides measures by age groups 15-19 and 15-44 years and compares your agency to the Title X grantee average.

Contraceptive Care – Most & Moderately Effective Methods: The percentage of women aged 15-44 at risk of unintended pregnancy that is provided a most effective (i.e. sterilization, implants, intrauterine devices or systems (IUD/IUD)) or moderately effective (i.e., injectables, oral pills, patch, ring, or diaphragm) contraceptive method

Contraceptive Care – Access to LARC: The percentage of women aged 15-44 years at risk of unintended pregnancy that is provided a long-acting reversible contraceptive (LARC) method (i.e. implants or IUD/IUS)
